  • INTEREST RATE: Fixed or adjustable rate options on an actual 360 basis
  • ELIGIBLE PROPERTY TYPES: Retail, Office, Industrial and Self Storage
  • TAX AND INSURANCE ESCROWS: Monthly Deposits Required
  • REPLACEMENT RESERVES: Monthly Deposits Required
