excess of $1.5 billion to purchase performing and
non-performing commercial real estate loans.
We will consider a
minimum portfolio amount of US$500,000 and can close on
portfolios as large as US$500 millions.
With a
professional acquisition team that can perform due
diligence in a non - invasive and timely manner which
insures a rapid response from it's final investment
committee. And looking to continue and further
develop loan relationships through portfolio
acquisitions as opposed to creating a special purpose
fund and thus requiring a deep discount. In most cases
our objective is not to purchase loans at a deep
discount.
