USDA Business & Industry Loan Program
We specialize in providing long term permanent financing to small businesses. The Business and Industry Loan Program is made through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guaranteed loan programs.
USE OF PROCEEDS
Loan proceeds may be used for working capital, machinery and equipment, buildings and real estate, and certain types of debt refinancing.
LOAN STRUCTURES
Up to 30 years on land, buildings and permanent fixtures
Up to 15 years on machinery and equipment
Up to 7 years for working capital
Rates can be fixed.
ELIGIBLE PROPERTIES
Assistance under the USDA B&I Guaranteed Loan Program is available to virtually any legally organized entity, including a cooperative, corporation, partnership, trust or other profit or nonprofit entity, Indian tribe or Federally recognized tribal group, municipality, county, or other political subdivision of a State.
